Sub Bidding
Bidding your subs will actually use
Your trades do not want another login. With BuildProof they do not need one. Send a bid package and each sub gets a private link: scope, quantities, plans, and questions, answerable from a phone in the truck. No account, no app, no password.
Level bids on true scope.
Bids come back line by line and normalize into one comparison. A missing line never counts as zero dollars; it is flagged as scope risk, because the low bid that excludes hangers and blocking is not the low bid. Completeness is scored, exclusions are visible, and awarding writes the prices straight onto your budget lines as committed cost.
From award to paid, one thread.
The awarded scope becomes a commitment. The sub can bill against it with requisitions on a schedule of values, retainage handled correctly. Compliance is built into the pay button: an expired insurance certificate or a missing W-9 holds payment with a plain reason and a one-tap document request. Lien waivers can be required before money moves and exchange automatically as it does.
Your subs bid free. They sign free. They get paid without paying us. That is on purpose: the network only works if the trades want to be in it.
