Draw Packages
The bank package that builds itself while you build
A construction loan draw request is really an evidence problem: prove the work happened, prove the money went where you said, prove the releases are signed. BuildProof collects that evidence as a side effect of running the job, so the package assembles instead of being assembled.
You enter three things.
The period, the amount, the lender. Everything else is already in the project: completed phases with signed certificates, dated field photos, vendor bills, trade requisitions, lien waiver statuses, and the budget position.
What comes out.
A numbered draw request with a cover and certification page, draw summary against the loan schedule, sources and uses, a plain work-completed narrative assembled from the project's own records, the photo section, the invoice and requisition register, the waiver register, and budget status. Anything missing prints as an honest lender review note, never estimated in. Drafts are watermarked until sent for signature, revisions supersede instead of overwrite, and when the bank wires, you record what actually funded.
Why lenders like it.
The narrative is not written by an AI; it restates the project's own log. The evidence chain is native: the phase certificate was signed by you and the homeowner with photos attached the day the work finished, not reconstructed the night before the draw.
